Master plan development for Roshcha cottage community

The primary goal of the project was the development of a master plan for a cottage community in a birch grove near urban settlements. The architects came up with a new concept for organizing living space, where the entire territory is divided into private cozy “islands” of deciduous forest with individual house design integrated in the same style. The community provides all the necessary infrastructure for comfortable life, including sports grounds, shops, recreation areas and a kindergarten. At the same time, it remains intimately private and aesthetically verified.
