Hotel complex by the sea in Sochi

The project aims to organically fit the building of the apart-hotel into the existing infrastructure and uphold the image of the resort capital, which has developed in the area of the Riviera recreation park. Architectural solutions of the hotel complex combine features of pre-revolutionary Sochi enhancing the city’s cultural traditions. The hotel landscaping style ensures saving the pristine appearance of tropical nature; "green" design trends were largely followed by the architects.
