Development of the master plan for RADOST community

The project aimed to develop the master plan for RADOST community created for connoisseurs of high-quality countryside holiday. The residential and administrative building comprises recreational area near the lake, outdoor playsets and playgrounds, beaches, bicycle trails, ski-tracks, volleyball and basketball courts, tennis courts and a barbecue area. The architectural solutions for the construction of the community are based on environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, functionality and ergonomics.
