Master plan development for ZORЬKA boarding guest house

This is an example of an outdated public facility converted into sought-after and trendy real estate. Transformation of ZORЬKA boarding house near Moscow into suburban real estate called for the development of a master plan for the whole territory and enhancement of its functional and aesthetic characteristics. The prepared documentation provides relevant basis for construction of an elite cottage settlement and optimizing the costs of facilities commissioning. The image of the settlement combines laconic forms, neutral colors and thoughtful glazing. The dormitory has been upgraded and converted into townhouses with a patio and a recreation area on the roof.
