Functionality and expressiveness are combined in the architectural concept of facades designed in the style of soft minimalism for the residential complex in Sochi. The development with a large fenestration area and open balconies ensures maximum inner illumination and creates an airiness effect. An important stage of the project was the landscaping and greenery planting in the yard area, all specific features of the relief and climate of the development location had to be considered.
